Crew Resource Management(CRM)
AVIA 4423 -- 3 hours
This course covers the basics of a multiple crew-member
cockpit. The latest techniques for cockpit organization,
crew communication, and human factors, will be
discussed. The course offers an in-depth examination
of human factors as they relate to the aircrew
and their interface with the aircraft, the passengers
and other crew-members. Aspects of CRM in general
aviation operations are also discussed.
